What if my credit card gets lost or stolen?
If you have a missing credit card, report it immediately to our 24-hour
Customer Service number, 1-866-322-8008. This number is also printed on your monthly statements. We will cancel your card and send you a new one.
What if there are unauthorized charges on my stolen card?
If your card is stolen, you are not liable for these charges. If you suspect your card has been stolen you should call us right away at 1-866-322-8008.
What if I want to dispute a charge on my statement?
If you have a problem with the quality of property or services that you have purchased with your Fry’s Credit Account, and you have tried in good faith to correct the problem with Fry’s Electronics, write us on a separate sheet at First Electronic Bank, P.O. Box 760, Draper, UT 84020 as soon as possible. We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent you the first bill on which the error or problem appeared. In your letter, give us the following information: your name and account number; the dollar amount of the suspected error describe the error and explain, if you can, why you believe there is an error. If you need more information, describe the item you are unsure of. You do not have to pay any amount in question while we are investigating, but you are still obligated to pay the parts of your bill that are not in question. While we investigate your question, we cannot report you as delinquent or take any action to collect the amount you question.
